Multithreaded version, listens for new requests on port 69, but further communication is done on any available port (from port ranges specified).
While Single Port Version do all the communication on port 69 for all the requests.
In short, Multithreaded version runs very fast, but it may have firewall issues. On the other hand Single Port Version may be little slow but do not have firewall issues.
