#254 Register libraries / ldconfig

On FreeBSD, when 3.3.0 is built with cmake, the installed libraries are only .so files, and this is not sufficient to be registered by ldconfig: these libraries cannot be used by their consumers.
The attached patch, proposed by Thomas Helfer, make it install .so.3 (major) and .so.3.3.0 (version), with symlinks, and the problem is solved.
