#4 Manipulation Order System Needed

Currently all of TextWiz text manipulation functions have
a predefinded order in which they are executed. If a user
wants to do multiple manipulations but in a different
order, then they have to do each of the manipulations
separately.

To aid the user and take some work from them
a "manipulation order system" is needed. This MOS
would grant the user the power to choose which
manipulations are done in which order and effectively
giving them more control over the way changes are
made to the text.
