#80 Hyperlinks in About dialog do not work

Select the "about" item in the help menu. You get a about dialog
which contains some hyperlinked URLs.The URLs are blue and
underlined to indicate they are hyper links. When you move the
cursor over them the cursor changes to to a hand that idicates
they are links. Clicking on them creates an error message:

Unable to open "http://www.textweaver.org"

Perhaps the url should be "http://www.textweaver.org/"

At any rate either the links should work or they should just be text.
