[Texttest-users] Invalid handling of number of task

Hi,

I am using 4.1.3 and I have noticed a flow that corrupt the maximum number
of simultaneous task to run.

Step is:

*	Create a regression list to run (any)
*	Set max Running item to 3 (for ex)
*	Run it
*	Select items (More than one) in the  “Not started” list 
*	Kill them

*	=> Item get place in Failed condition under Cancelled, which is
expected,
*	However, in the process, the Runing upper limit is corrupted and is
increased (Not consistently increased).

I now have more than 3 processes running at once.
