[TextDB-help] I can't open my db, why

i can create textdb....
when i try to open db..
php tell me

files\apache

  127: $this->a[] =3D array($fieldname, $fieldtype);

  why ... my  php.ini's wrong ...?
  how to edit it
  i'm using php 4
