#2 Customizable shortcut combinations

I have many add-ins in My Word, and so, all the pre-defined shortcuts (ALT+E, ALT+T, etc.) didn't work for me. I'm wondering if the authors can kindly add a feature of a new tab in the options window to let the user define his pre-keys combination before the main letter, e.g., a checkbox for CTRL, SHIFT, ALT, & WIN keys, and then the letter that follows as input field.
