Hi, strange, it works for me (with your settings)... Are there any errors or warnings when compiling the tex file? Does it work with a simple example? Or the internal pdf viewer? Maybe related to https://sourceforge.net/p/texstudio/discussion/907840/ I had the issue described there once, but now I cannot reproduce it. Maybe related to some special settings or path.
