[TeXstudio-list] Some problems with the appendix and chapter

Hallo,

I encounter problems with appendix and the structure of the text. When I 
start the document in question, it does not show the proper structure in 
the Struktur field but leaves out the chapter titles. These are, 
however, proberly coded for as you see on the right side of the screen. 
This problem is only in the appendix. The markup in the page header is 
also incorrect, but may be a separate problem for tex specialists.

in the screenshot below the title Geschützte Arten is missing from the 
structure panel while the subsections are present. When adding or 
removing a space from the \chapter line the chapter is recognized, but 
this information is lost upon exiting. Is there any way to remedy this 
faulty behaviour?
