#951 A new "Line Wrapping" option for more flexiblity

Currently, there are 4 line wrapping options under advance editor settings.

1 - no wrapping
2 - soft wrapping at the window edge
3 - soft wrapping after max characters
4 - hard wrapping after max characters.

A fifth one would be great, in which minimum of the combination of 2 and 3 can be a good option because when you resize your editor to be less than soft wrapping after max characters, the sentences are cut.

Sometimes, I resize the editor window to be narrow and sometimes I pop-out the viewer window. In the latter case, if there is no wrapping after max characters, then it doesnt look good. In the former case, if there is no enough space, the sentences are cut.
