#780 Set magnifier zoom level

It would be great if there was an option somewhere to set the magnifier zoom level. I normally have my viewer set to "fit to width" so i can see the whole page whilst I'm working and only zoom into things with the magnifier. However, sometimes smaller items aren't clear in the magnifier because it zooms in relative to the current zoom level in the viewer. But if there was an option to change the default zoom level, I could set it higher to allow smaller items to be more visible.

Changing the zoom level on the whole document in the viewer would be the workaround for now, but it would greatly add to enhancing the workflow if this feature could be added in.

I'm fine with relative magnifier zoom, I just want it bigger. Now it is 2x, by the way. 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x would be nice.
