#536 Bad "fit to width" scaling of full page PDF preview in presence of landscape pages

When a document contains both portrait and landscape pages, the "fit to width" scaling scales to the width of the landspace pages, even if currently only portrait pages are visible, and even if "Continuous" mode is switched off. This is most notable if the preview window has a portrait aspect ratio, e.g. on a rotated monitor. "Fit to width" scaling should work per page, not for the maximum width of all pages in the document.

    the current solution means that the scaling is not changed while scrolling.
    I don't think that we want to do otherwise.
