#51 Allow Bibliogprahy Menu To Be Customised

The Latex and Math menus can be edited within Configure TexMakerX, can we add Bibliography to the list? I'd like this because some of the code it pastes in I never use and I often add two extra fields; abstract = {} and url = {}. While I think these should be included by default, I'd think it would be a good idea to add the option to edit the menu.
