#467 Indent sub-environments

Another killing feature of Emacs that would be nice TXS have is the indentation of sub-environments. For instance, inserting a otherenv if the cursor is line 1 below:

0:\begin{env}
1:|
2:\end{env}
3:text

results in (cursor line 2):

0:\begin{env}
1:  \begin{otherenv}
2:    |
3:  \end{otherenv}
4:\end{env}
5:text

It is very useful with nested lists:

\begin{enumerate}
\item foo
  \begin{enumerate}
  \item foo
  \item foo
    \begin{enumerate}
    \item foo
    \item foo
    \end{enumerate}
  \item foo
  \end{enumerate}
\item foo
  \begin{enumerate}
  \item foo
    \begin{enumerate}
    \item foo
    \item foo
    \end{enumerate}
  \item foo
  \end{enumerate}
\end{enumerate}
