Support for multibib is lacking. In the moment the only chance is to compile the aux from hand or write a hand written parameter. But this is not straight forward because sometimes there is a multibib, sometimes not or with a different name. So Texstudio should detect if there are .aux from multibib and compile them.

What exactly would have to be done here?
    - How to detect an .aux file from multibib?
    - How to compile it (just calling bibtex on it?)

Actually you can use bibtex ?*.aux to compile all aux files in the
    current directory
