#265 Ctrl+Tab for switching documents

I would like to be able to define the following two keyboard shortcuts in TeXstudio:

Ctrl+Tab: next document
Ctrl+Shift+Tab: previous document

These are very common in Windows applications and it frequently happens that I hit them by force of habit.

This would not be a big problem if TeXstudio would ignore these commands, but it simply interprets them as "Tab". This has led to various strangely placed tabs in my documents and I have even lost some code because of this (when some text was marked while copying and pasting between different documents).
