#163 Add seperate view to handle TODOs

Up to now TODOs are only shown within the chapter tree view. On large projects separated in many files it would be helpful to have one big TODO/task working list.

Entries in such a task list should be able to be prioritized and sortable by chapters, files, title and priority.
Entries shell be removable from that list. ( = remove %TODO comment from tex-file)

I second this request. Even a separate view for all %TODOs in a project across multiple files would be handy. It should scan the entire project, though. I.e., if a (master) file is open with multiple includes, all files in the tree should be scanned for %TODOs.
