#1366 Feature request: Autoselect language for checking

Feature suggestion:
It would be nice to have Language Tool switch automatically to whichever language is selected either as an option to babel or as a global option.
In the absence of an explicit language choice, the default might be either English (the default for Tex/Latex), or else whatever language is specified in Texstudio setup.
