#1245 Create New File from Template Within Document

If I type something like this:

\input{FileNotYetCreated}

where the file FileNotYetCreated doesn't yet exist, and then right click on it to open, a dialogue box pops up saying "would you like to create FileNotYetCreated.tex", which is great.

It would be even better if there was an option to say yes, create from template, which activates the same function as File > New From Template.

what do you think should be in a template which is included in another file ?
Obviously not "\documentclass..." which is contained in all current templates ...
