Would it be possible to add a simple assistant to convert tex files via pandoc, for example to doc(x), odt or whatever? Interface could be similar to html export. Besides a drop-down menu to choose the file format, the possibility to pass popular options would be useful. I'm thinking especially about:
--filter pandoc-citeproc (for cites)
--bibliography "add path to .bib file automatically"
--csl=FILE

Btw. thanks for the great software!

Since you can put all the necessary options in a user command, there is really no necessity for this.

thanks, I didn't thought about this option.
    I can sucessfull run

    "/usr/bin/pandoc" -s --filter pandoc-citeproc %.tex --bibliography "../../../phd.bib" -o %.docx

Is there an option to call the bib file that is referenced in the tex file, similar to %

No. Except for the root document, the command interface does not know anything about the internals of the document.

However, if you have just one bib file you could use the wildcard ?*.bib. See the description of special chars at Options -> Commands.
