#1109 Disable wrap in math/table environments

This is a feature request. Add an option to disable wrap only in table/math environments. Wrapping is a handy feature for most of the document but in math/table environments it can make aligned equations and table rows much harder to read than they need to be. It is cumbersome to switch wrapping on and off to edit math/tables or to manually wrap regular text.

wrapping is a global setting. It affects many internal states, especially visual line count, scrolling.
I doubt that the mayor reconstruction of the internal logic is worth the benefit.
