I have been using WinEdt10 and Texstudio 2.10.8 parallel to each other.
Both editors are very good: Winedt is better if you want to manipulate your
project, Texstudio is much better when you typeset commands and want
to check grammar of the text you typeset.

I installed both MiKTeX (full installation) and Texlive (full installation) on my computer.
As regatds WinEdt10 it is very easy to select what Latex installation to use:
Click on Options, then on Configurations and in the pull down menu which opens
you can select either MiKTex or Texlive, Texstudio does not offer a simmilar
functionality for selecting what Latex installation to use.

I was looking for information on this issue on the net and read somewhere that
you have to create a separate profile for each Latex installation. The help file, however,
says nothing about profiles.

May I ask the developers to add a posiibility for selecting which LaTeX installation to use?

Thanks in advance.
