#1006 New Button: Color Text

It would be convenient to have a button with a dropdown box containing color samples to color text. A good position would probably be the small margin left to the line numbers, where already the bold, italic... etc- buttons reside. It should work as usual, i.e., I highlight some text, click the button, the selector appears and after clicking on one color field TXS inserts \textcolor{selectedcolor}{highlightedtext}. It would be especially helpful (in my case) for exchanging manuscript drafts with colleagues before submitting them to a journal.
(extra bonus: TXS checks, whether the required usepackage already exist in the preamble, and adds it if necessary.)

this function can be done by a macro.
then you can set this macro to your tool bar, set your favourite icon
