Is it possible, to collapse a selected text in TMX?

AFAIK it is only possible to fold text between sections or in environments
    like floats.
I'd like to collapse single paragraphs in a chapter (Each long paragraph
represents the summary of an academic paper and it would help me to have more
overview if I could collapse each of those paragraphs, so that only the first
    line remains visible).

So I propose (if it is not yet possible) a way to
    a) collapse all selected lines
    b) automatically collapse each paragraph (= text between empty lines or "\par"
    commands)

    kind regards
    Martin

if anyone else is interested, I found out how to do (a):

Any block of text spanning at least 2 lines can be folded or unfolded by
    enclosing it in { }.
Then the plus/minus-box is visible and can be used.

@elwood151 In case the introduction of this additional group has negative effecs on your latex document, you can achive the same result by enclosing the text with %BEGIN_FOLD and %END_FOLD.
