A very peculiar bug on macOS maverick, texstudio systematically crashes ("texstudio quit unexpectedly" when doing the following:

Secondary screen plugged in via mini display port.
Put texstudio's window into secondary screen.
Unplug secondary screen : texstudio's window comes back on main screen.
Replug secondary screen : texstudio's window "tries" to go back on the secondary screen but... crashes.

works for me. Please try and describe more exactly under which conditions it occurs:

Which version of TXS are you using? Have you tried the latest beta?

Is it related to certain window states (maximized/fullscreen)?

What are the display settings (resolutions, relative positions of extended and primary screen)?

Also, TXS writes a backtrace at /tmp/texstudio_backtrace*.txt. Please post this file.

It does not try to go back here, and does not crash (osx 10.8).

So, not much I can do about it ...
