#610 memory not deallocated with embedded PDF viewer

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a .tex file that has an associated PDF compiled.
2. Click on the view button to open in embedded viewer.
3. Close the embedded viewer.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and watch the memory use increase.

    It's not a real leak, but the cache growing. Meanwhile, there is an option to specify the maximal cache size (SVN rev. 3288).

    Ah, okay. I hope that it's turned on by default. I noticed this after working for awhile and suddenly I noticed that it was "using" over a gig of ram, when my machine started swapping.

    there was still an additional memory leak (non-deleted Poppler::Document).
