#2495 Toolbar in the PDF window often disappear after restart

Toolbar in the PDF window often disappears after restart and needed to be turned on manually.

System: OpenSUSE
Package: texstudio-4.2.3-lp153.4.1.x86_64 from home:jsundermeyer / openSUSE_Leap_15.3 (but I encountered it on all previous versions)
