#2465 incorrect completion of enviremonments

TeXstudio does not complete enviroments correctly, when autocompletion of brackets is turned on. It adds extra } after the completed enviroment. It can be understood from the general logic of completion, but, I think this behavior should be changed, when bracket autocompletion is on.
