#2447 Scrolling problem, Surface Pro 4

There seems to be a scrolling problem on Microsoft Surface Pro 4s. When using the TypeCover scrolling is not working within the editor window of TeXstudio. Instead, sometimes you can scroll up and down the preview window while the cursor is still in the editor window. When you move to the preview panel scrolling does not work anymore in this window. The problem does not occur with older versions of TeXstudio, but only the most recent one.
