#2428 Some ToolTips present after disabling

Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1803

TeXstudio 2.12.14 (git 2.12.14)
Using Qt Version 5.8.0, compiled with Qt 5.8.0 R

After disabling all ToolTips in 'Advanced Editor' options, some still occur. If this is not the correct way to disable these functions, please advise.

Expected behavior:
* No ToolTips or mouse-over pop-ups present.

Please note that if I disable 'Inline Checking' in 'Editor' options, pop-ups are still present.

As a fairly competent TeX user, a way to disable all automatic tool tips, auto completion, etc. would be helpful. I appreciate their value to some, especially beginners, but coming from using Atom/Sublime Text as an editor all pop-ups and tool tips are jarring and interrupt work flow.
