#2423 The citation preview (tooltip) disappears immediately

I have already reported it in Github (https://github.com/texstudio-org/texstudio/issues/523). But nobody seems to reply. I am putting it here if it helps.
The preview which shows the details of the references disappears immediately.
The bug is introduced in texstudio 2.12.10 beta1 because version 2.12.8 works as expected.
