I encountered the same bug as as already reported in #933 and #1883 and could reproduce it in 2.12.14. I tested this with my custom profile settings as well as with the default settings (Options - Restore default settings .. ), in both cases the bug appears. Works on both Windows 10 and Linux.

It seems to be related to using \include{} in the main document. Attached you will find the working example document.tex which makes use of include. In document2.tex where everything is in one tex-file, the bug does not appear.

Note that when I created document.tex everything was fine. Only after closing TeXstudio and then opening it again the bug appeared.
