#2312 Bursts of increased latency when a file is openned with TeXStudio 2.12.6 in MacOS High Sierra

When I open a ".tex" file in TeXstudio, it starts to cause anomalies in my Wi-Fi network. Specifically, it raises the latency between my computer and the router for a short period of time (~3.2 seconds). Furthermore, these short periods keep repeating and its starts seem to occurs always with an interval of 10 or 20 seconds.

The problem only occurs in the Wi-Fi. Using a Thunderbolt ethernet adaptor, nothing happen.

I already tried to delete the texstudio.app, clean the ~/.config/texstudio and reinstall the TeXstudio, but the problem still occurs.

Machine configuration and software versions:

this seems to be a qt-bug. Nothing that we can do.

You might try to set an environment variable QT_BEARER_POLL_TIMEOUT=-1 as a workaround.
