#2271 texstudio.appdata.xml is out of date

The file utilities/texstudio.appdata.xml should be updated according to the latest AppStream format (see https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/chap-Metadata.html#sect-Metadata-GenericComponent, https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/chap-Quickstart.html).

It should also be placed in /usr/share/metainfo instead of /usr/share/appdata.

The updated file can be validated with the following command:
appstreamcli validate texstudio.appdata.xml

I've tried to make all the necessary changes (proposal is attached), but when I insert the launchable tag (my appstreamcli always warns me that this is an unsupported tag even if it is listed in the above links and included in the example...).

Just a little amendment:
The kudos section is still in my uploaded file (I changed as little as possible), but this section is not officially supported.
