Note that we no longer release a tar file with precompiled examples/demos - get them from http://texpower.sourceforge.net/doc/
Regards,
Hans
There is a new version of the tpslifonts package
with much better structured code and options,
plus a couple of new features, mainly support
for new text font families (in addition to the
original lcmss):
* cmr
* cmss
* cmbright
* concrete
To underline the independence of TeXPower,
tpslifonts now resides in a directory of its
own. The slifonts demo can now be compiled
without having TeXPower installed.
Read http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=159488 for more info.

All versions of TeXPower (and friends) formerly found on http://lrb.cs.uni-dortmund.de/~lehmke/texpower/ are now available from the files section. The latest release is 0.0.8f.
To get the newest version of TeXPower download it from CVS.
The next release of TeXPower - 0.0.9... - solves some of the bugs reported on the old mailing list, and will be released in the near future.
Notice that the compiled documentation (in pdf format) is in a seperate file. This is done to keep the download of TeXPower as small as possible. The documentation is available in source form (tex) in the source download.
TeXPower is a bundle of style and class files for creating dynamic online presentations with LaTeX.
We are proud to announce that now TeXPower has moved to SourceForge. The user forum, mailing list and bug tracking are tools we hope the TeXPower users will appreciate. The source code will soon be transfered from the old site - http://lrb.cs.uni-dortmund.de/~lehmke/texpower/ - and made available here. CVS will be used to keep track of changes made to the code.
