The structure of LaTeX documents is parsed incorrectly.
For instance, in one of my documents, only the appendix
node is shown in the document tree view and then four
times instead of only once. Other subsection headers
are missing and in general, chapter and section headers
are arranged in the tree in no appearant order.

    Are you using 1Beta6.00? Hm.

    Upload the tex-file (without your
    personal texts), whcih shows this behaviour. Upload it here using the
    form below.

    I finally managed to get down to the cause of the problem: I
    am using a macro called \appendixref. For whatever reason
    TeXnicCenter decides that this is the same as \appendix and
    thus gets out of sync completely. Following is a simple
    example which reproduces the problem.

    \documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{scrbook}
    \begin{document}
    \mainmatter
    \chapter{Chapter One}
    \section{Section One.One}
    \appendixref{myref}%TeXnicCenter regards this as \appendix!

    \appendix
    \chapter{Appendix One}
    \chapter{Appendix Two}
    \backmatter
    \chapter{Colophon}
    \end{document}

    BTW -- I'm using TXC Beta 6.01 (and I am eagerly awaiting
    6.02...)
