#1486 Preserving Tab Order and Tab Groups
Problem: Tab order and groups are not preserved when closing and re-opening a project.
Details: I usually have multiple tabs open, and usually group them into two side-by-side groups. I also sort them based on my priorities. When I close the project and then reopen it, all my tabs are in a single group and out of order.

After searching all tickets I realized that this issue has been reported and supposedly resolved. It appears that it was supposed to have been fixed in 2.02. I am running 2.02 and still have this issue.
