A nice feature that TeXnicCenter is missing is a list of items appearing after typing in \cite{ or \ref{ which would allow choosing what to cite or cross-reference.
An auto-completion for commands would also come handy.
A similar feature is already available in TexStudio software.

    The feature is there. Auto completion is crtl+space (or "complete word" in the edit menu). Works for commands, labels and bibtex keys. To my knowledge Bibtex keys are suggested automatically after three characters, if the key is unambiguous.
