#1403 Handling write-protected (or "read-only") files

When a write-protected file is open in TeXnicCenter, the program should realize that it is write-protected and behave accordingly. In particular:

  1. It should indicate that the file is read-only by some little icon somewhere.

  2. It shouldn't try to auto-save it again and again and generate endless error messages.
