the Build Output contains a summary of all logs created by texify.exe. Because sometimes happens that texify does not run repeatedly correctly, (IMO) a summary in this shape, is very confusing, Seeing ten warnings in total while not knowing that the last run was warning-free, does make me worry.
suggestion1: display only the errors and warnings of the last very last run of the latex/pdflatex;
suggestion2: display a summary of the consequent logs separately.
temporary solution: introducing a badbox in the document. After texify ends the badbox is the last entry in the Compilation Results, that means the last run was really warning-free. If a waring is after the badbox, the last run of the texify was not warning-free.
