#225 Bypassing quote replacement

No

When automatic replacement of quote " is enabled, there
is no way to enter a literal double quote. There
should be a clearly documented key combination allowing
a literal " to be entered.

If feasible, quote replacement should be
context-sensitive: turned off after \ (since \" is an
umlaut), and in bibtex files.

[Note: This is a bug, not a feature request, since
literal quotes are needed in latex code. If there *is*
already a key combination, please consider this a
documentation bug.]
