#14 Support for LaTeX interactive mode

The current version requires (La)TeX to run in non-
interactive-mode, but it should be possible for future
version to run (La)TeX even in interactive mode,
because many users are used to this.

To implement this, the output parser has to recognize
the (La)TeX input request (I guess, the question mark
at the beginning of a line). Then there needs a edit
box without a border to be created at the propriate
position in the output window, that allows the user to
enter text.
