I like to have my projects distributed across multiple .tex files which are grouped chapter-wise into sub-folders. The "Files" tab shows them correctly. However, when I expand a specific sub-directory in the "Files" Tab to edit a file and save that file using "Save" or "Save All", all expanded sub directories are collapsed (except the ones containing missing files). This does not happen when I "F7" compile the files and they are "autosaved". In my opinion, saving a file should have no effect on the expand/collapse state of the (sub-)directories.
