#210 Templates are continually recreated for TeXnicCenter

When I right click on a directory in Windows Explorer, I go to New and see a template for TeXnicCenter Document and LaTeX document. I remove these via TweakUI's Template tab. However, when I then run TeXnicCenter, these templates are recreated and when I right click in Windows Explorer, these options appear again. There does not seem to be a GUI switch to turn this shell integration feature of TeXnicCenter off.
