Can you add an option to lock the columns? I often click on Name or Size accidentally. And sometimes I click between the two and it ends up autosizing the columns.
Having an option to lock both the autosizing and the sorting (Name/size/etc. as well as alphabetic/reverse) would be really great.
You can disable the autosizing feature in a panel (menu Panel, then Auto size). But indeed, there is a bug: clicking between two columns should not autosize. So I move your ticket to the Bugs section.

What I'm looking for is an option to disable any change done to the columns.
So let's say, you choose to sort by Type in alphabetic order, you drag the Name column to be this size, the Size column to be that size, etc.
When you're happy with your customization, let's say you right-click somewhere on the columns and click "lock columns".
And now, no accidental action will change any of this: if you click the Name column, files will not be sorted by Name, if you try to drag between Name and Size, it will do nothing instead of resizing the Name column, etc.
