If you have a Writer document formatted as Format->Page->Columns: 2 and insert a numbered formula then the result looks quite odd. You will find a solution in the attachment.
Thanks for the patch. However, I fixed the issue in TexMaths 0.48 using tab stops.
Note that, due to a bug In LibreOffice, non automatic column widths (i.e. columns with different widths) may lead to incorrect placement of the legend.
