I guess "RTL UI" means "Right to Left User Interface", right ?
So, how do you switch to this configuration ? Is it at the system level ? At the application level (in
LibreOffice)?
What system do you use? What is your LibreOffice version?
Did RTL work with earlier versions of TexMaths?

Your guess is correct. It in LibreOffice.
Arch Linux
LibreOffice 5.4.7.2
No. Didn't work in previus version.
OK, but how can I test this?
How to go to RTL mode?
In TeX Live Manager I found two packages related to RTL: bidi and unicode-bidi. These would be helpful for using RTL mode.
Roland Baudin: In LO settings > Language settings you can change LO lang to some RTL lang. just install a localize LO on a VM.
