#65 SVG option not working with \usepackage{eulervm}

I found problem when using SVG and eulervm package. Equation
is not shown properly. Test case is attached. Workaround is
to use PNG option instead.

The wrong character placement is a regresseion introduced with dvisvgm 1.16. It's fixed in the latest 2.0.3 release.
