#19 Build project when no .tex file has changed

Is there a way to build (without cleaning all the project) a texlipse project when no .tex file has changed but figures ?
In fact, my folders are :
latex/
latex/Src/*.tex
latex/Img/*.jpg

When modifying one figure, the "build option" does not do anything.
