Applyed is a patch that allows you to open a included .tex file by 'Ctrl'-Mouseklick. For any \input and \include command within your TeXlipse enabled project just move the mouse over the resource name klick 'Ctrl' and the left mouse button. a new window is opened with the referenced file. this is the same behaviour you might know from java ide. apply the patch from within project level.
